What is an escape room?
An escape room is an immersive, story-driven adventure game where your team solves puzzles and uncovers clues to complete a mission or “escape” within the time limit.

Is it scary?
Not necessarily. Some rooms like Turbulence or Outbreak may have suspenseful or intense themes, but there are no jump scares unless stated otherwise.

How many people can play?
Our rooms accommodate 2–7 players. Larger groups can book multiple rooms.

Is it suitable for kids?
It depends on the individual rooms. In most cases they’re not really suitable for children under 10. Between 10-14, we’ll require parent/guardian supervision. Players 14+ can play without adult supervision, but ALL minors will require a signed waiver by a parent/guardian, regardless of in-game supervision or not.

Booking & Payment

How do I book a game?
You can book directly on our website via the Book Now page. Same-day bookings are available if a time slot is open.

Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes — we offer free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift cards are available and make great experiences for birthdays, holidays, or corporate gifts.

What payment methods do you accept?
Refer to our booking page via our secure checkout.

Arrival & Game Time

When should we arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled game. Late arrivals may shorten your time in the room.

What if we’re late?
Unfortunately, if you're late, the game clock may start without you to avoid impacting other bookings.

How long is each experience?
Our escape rooms runs for 60-70 minutes, with an additional 10-minute briefing and debriefing.

Gameplay & Rules

Will we actually be locked in?
No. All doors remain accessible and you may exit at any time.

Do we need special knowledge?
Not at all. No trivia or outside knowledge is required — just curiosity, communication, and teamwork.

Can we ask for hints?
Yes. Your Game Master monitors the experience and will offer subtle hints upon request.

Group Events & Accessibility

Do you offer team-building packages?
Absolutely. We host corporate events, birthdays, and private functions. Contact us for group rates and custom options.

Is it wheelchair accessible?
Most rooms are accessible, but please contact us ahead of time to confirm specific accommodations.

Do you allow private bookings?
Yes — all bookings are private.
